Three things I would like you to ponder on tonight: 1. Be conscious that you are carrying the future of others with you. Trade cautiously, act wisely and be sensitive to certain character traits desiring to shipwreck your destiny. The impact of your failure on so many others are way beyond your current comprehension. If you are carrying the future, take a posture that protects it from being punctured, captured or fractured. 2. Before you harm a person, remember so many people are connected to them. They are the channel of someone’s food, clothing, school fees, rent or salary. That person you want to steal from, kidnap or kill is someone’s husband, father, wife, mother, daughter, son, niece, nephew, uncle, aunt, cousin etc. Actions have far reaching effects than you know. 3. Discern when to let go of some relationships. Refuse to be too emotionally attached to things that are no longer working. Some friendships, partnerships, businesses, visions, dreams etc may be seasonal and may have served their purposes. Holding on to what is dead only hurts you the more. Many a great future have been buried by past tragedies. Letting go is not a sign of weakness but a proof of strength.
